Objective of the Programme: in compliance with the state professional standard, to develop a set of knowledge, skills and competencies for effective work in the public housing sector, cost-sharing urban and territorial development, in partnership with public and local authorities.

Target audience: the Programme is meant for those who are going to work in the public housing sector for career purposes, in accordance with the requirements of the national qualifications system.

Mode of study: full time

Length of study: 2 years

Tuition fee: 360 000 roubles per year, total — 720 000 roubles

Graduation document: Master's degree
