In May, a group of students from US leading universities arrived in MGIMO as part of cooperation between the School of Business and International Proficiency and CIEE (Council on International Educational Exchange)

An opening ceremony of the programme was held on May 22. The students were taken on a tour around MGIMO History Museum. E. Glazov, Vice-Director of the School of Business and International Proficiency, and I. Makoveeva, Director of CIEE, were among those who came to welcome the US students.

The students will be studying business and international relations for 4 weeks and will get their certificates upon completion of the programme.

The programme of their stay is very busy and full of various educational and cultural events. The students will have an opportunity to visit MFA Russia, museums, theatres, and do other sights of Moscow and Saint Petersburg. They will be able to learn more about the customs of our country and brush up their Russian language skills.
