Our MGIMO delegation (Angelika M.Mirzoeva, Director of the MGIMO School of Business and International Proficiency, Vasilij N.Tkachev, Supervisor of the "Financial Director" MBA programme and Associate Pofessor of the Department for International Finance, and Zhaklin M.Sarkisyan, Head of the Economics and Finance Department) visited the leading British universities and business schools from January 28 to February 2.

Their visit to the University of Reading included a meeting with John Bordo, Henley Business School Dean. The parties discussed all the areas of cooperation including joint BA and MBA programmes. This year has seen the first enrollment in the joint BA programme with Henley Business School ("Economics and Finance") which will be carried out in the Odintsovo Branch of MGIMO University).

In Oxford, the MGIMO delegation met with Charles Boild, Deputy Director of the Department of Further Education. The parties agreed to deliver an off-site module in Oxfordfor MBA "Financial Director" students. Moreover, the University of Oxford reaffirmed its willingness to once again enroll a group of MGIMO foreign-language teachers/lecturers in an intensive further training programme.

In London, our delegation held talks with London Business School representatives.  At the meeting the parties discussed prospects of cooperation within MGIMO MBA programmes.
