The course was designed by the Economic Policy and Public-Private Partnership Department of MGIMO together with the National Centre for Public-Private Partnership and representatives of leading audit (EY) and law (Herbert Smith Freehills) companies.

Despite the introductory character of the course, students will develop all basic competencies needed to fully understand the essence of public-private partnership.
