MGIMO presents a new course in English based on the Coursera platform - “Bases of the law of obligations (The Russian Federation). Part 2” developed by A. Shashkova, Professor of the Constitutional Law Department.

Part 2 of the Course is also devoted to the law of obligations of the Russian Federation.

The Course aims to give students fundamental knowledge of the bases of the law of obligations of the Russian Federation.

The Course is meant for students of general education institutions, Russian and foreign lawyers, heads of law firms, financial directors, chief accountants, auditors practising the English language, and for a broader audience interested in the law of obligations.
