On May 23 Students of the Economy and Management in International Business MBA Programme headed by Professor of Regional Management and National Politics D. I. Gorodetsky visited the Domodedovo District.

The trip agenda included getting to know business processes at the PepsiCo non-alcoholic beverages bottling facility in Domodedovo. The plant has been successfully functioning and boosting its capacities for ten years now, meanwhile twice becoming the best company project. It is worth mentioning that there have been no labor accidents here for seven years due to strict safety regulations enforcement.

A new ice arena Legenda was open just two years ago. It was built totally with private investments under the management of ZAO Mosoblstroitrest #11, headed by mr. V. V. Shokurov. Vladimir Shokurov answered questions regarding construction of the arena and about the peculiarities of interacting with the local authorities on capital raising, and expanded on building the business model of the sports and fitness center.

The dialog with business representatives was joined by the head of the Domodedovo District A. V. Dvoinykh, who shared the main focus areas, mechanisms for collaboration with entrepreneurs and told of his own personal experience of studying for an MBA programme.
