Academic Supervisor of the Programme — Vasiliy Tkachev. Ph.D. in Economics, Senior Lecturer, member of the expert subgroup of the Association of Regional Banks of Russia on monetary policy. Mr. Tkachev has experience in Procter & Gamble (was in charge of building the financial service in distribution companies in the Southern Russia) and worked as a freelance expert in the Department of Economic and Social Development of the Council of Europe (Strasbourg). Author and co-author of books and textbooks on finance and investments, participant and speaker at leading Russian and foreign conferences on finance and financial management.

The training is designed for professionals with experience in finance who wish to improve and expand their professional skills, as well as for those who would like to change their current management area and master the key aspects of CFO expertise.

Courses of Study

This module examines the key issues of organizing the financial service of businesses, focusing on the formation of a set of key knowledge and competencies of the CFO, which are to be used when developing a long-term financial strategy for the development of the company, with regard to the situation changing domestically and globally.

• Management of investment programmes and project portfolios.

• Planning and carrying out mergers and acquisitions.
• Principles and mechanisms of public-private partnership.
• Investor Relations (IR).

Certificate of Education

Students who successfully complete the MBA Programme receive a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in «Economics and Management in International Business».

Programme cost — 920,000 RUB for the entire period of study. Payment is made by semester.

Students will also have the opportunity to interact with the industry leaders, which will allow them to learn about management practices of some of the best Russian and foreign companies first hand. During the study of business cases students will learn how to solve real world practical tasks when running a company.

Programme format —Weekend-format (20 months) — once per month (Friday through Sunday 9:30 – 20:00)

Stage 1

• Interview with the supervisor of the programme

Selection Date and Start of the Programme. Group formation terminates 2 weeks before the start of the training.
